Last updated: May 10, 2026
This policy applies to all apps published under Literal Apps: Literal Agenda, Literal Memo, and Literal Launcher.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. All app data (events, memos, settings) is stored locally on your device. We have no servers and no backend.
Literal Agenda and Literal Memo include an optional Git sync feature. If enabled, the app connects directly to a Git repository you specify and control (GitHub, Gitea, Forgejo, or Codeberg). Your data goes only to the repository you configure — not to us.
Literal Launcher does not use the internet.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or third-party SDKs.
All data remains on your device or in the Git repository you control. Access credentials (tokens) used for Git sync are stored in Android's encrypted storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences) and are never transmitted to us.
Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device. Data in your Git repository remains under your control and can be deleted by you at any time.
Our apps do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
